Telephone support is available Mon-Fri 9:00 to 17:00 (excluding holidays). Email is more recommended for international customers.
We operate a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) system, for traceability reasons when processing returned goods. If a product requires repair, please fill in our online form below to contact Tech. support first, and then our support team will get back to you soon. After that if you still need to return the product we will provide you the RMA Number. And you can download the RMA Form at the bottom and ship the malfunctioning product with the completed RMA Form.
